Nutritionist in the Netherlands
Hi! I am Ewa Gwiazda-Skowrońska.
I am a dietitian by education and passion. He studies clinical dietetics at the Silesian Medical University in Katowice. Due to the fact that I come from Silesia, I grew up on Silesian cuisine, although on a daily basis I prefer a much lighter kitchen full of fresh vegetables and aromatic spices. I love cooking and traveling, and I bring new culinary inspirations from my travels. I love Italy and Mediterranean cuisine. Be sure that you will feel the accents of this cuisine in the diet I have prepared.
I have developed my experience by taking an active part in internships and classes with patients of hospitals in Zabrze. The most important for me is a thorough interview with the patient. Getting to know his difficulties and problems in order to be able to compose a personalized menu for him. I try to motivate people to change their habits and lifestyle so that they feel better about themselves. Let me try to convince you that the word DIET can have a very positive meaning. You don't need to munch on a lettuce leaf with raw carrots! It will show you that healthy means tasty and varied. If this convinced you, jump on board, sit back and make yourself comfortable. And I run to the kitchen to test new recipes!
